We are living in apocalyptic times. Plagues, climate change, war, and plenty more. It can be terrifying to think that this is the end – the end of the world, in fact, which was described in the book of Revelation two thousand years ago. Is this the apocalypse?

Is this the end? And is there anything we can do?

Well, as an individual on our own it can feel hard to make any sort of change to the world around us. But if we change ourselves, bit by bit, we can change what is happening around us. If we are willing to come to terms with parts of our personalities that need work and are prepared to work on ourselves once we know, it truly makes a difference to those we come into contact with. Then the world just change – one person at a time.
